Meet Wanda! A happy girl who just might back into you to solicit butt rubs – her favorite - Wanda loves people and is looking for a family who will spoil her rotten and give her lots of exercise! She loves her fair share of hot dogs and treats she’s been getting here, but Wanda hasn’t been a huge fan of being in the shelter, and she tends to prefer free roaming over spending her time in a crate.
