A Berks County bus driver is being accused of assaulting a student on a school van. Rose Miller is being charged for felony and misdemeanor counts after she allegedly allowed an older boy to beat up a six-year-old boy with autism during a bus ride in Bernville earlier this month. Police say they have recovered video footage of a similar incident involving Miller about a week prior.
