Police in Berks County are investigating a possible child abduction attempt in Robesonia. A ten-year-old girl reported that she was abducted from Conrad Weiser Middle School after a sporting event was canceled on Thursday. The girl says a person in a silver sedan forced her into the car and drove west on Penn Avenue before she was able to get out of the car and escape on foot. Police are currently looking through surveillance footage that was taken at the school. Anyone with any information on the abduction attempt is being asked to contact Crime Alert Berks County.
