A Philadelphia man is being accused of destroying a Cape May County port-a-potty. The incident, which was caught on video that has since been viewed hundreds of thousands of times via social media, allegedly shows a male suspect purposely leap off a ledge before breaking through the roof of the public toilet located in North Wildwood. North Wildwood police announced yesterday that defendant Robert Daniels has since been arrested in connection to the damage. He's being charged on counts with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
