Meet Max! His previous owner said he was a shih tzu/chihuahua mix, but the staff at the shelter believe he has to have some Westie in him! He's a year old, lived with kids 5-14 years old, loves toys (especially squeaky ones), will play fetch, walks really well on a leash, and while he didn't live with other pets, his previous owner said he did really well when he was around them. He is pee pad and housebroken, will require some regular grooming, and would benefit with some basic puppy training just to refine his manners. Max is available for adoption from the Animal Rescue League of Berks County.
