Pennsylvania Game Commission officials are investigating a disturbing report of animal cruelty in Jefferson County. A video surfaced on social media this past weekend, showing two men beating and killing an injured deer near Brookville. State officials say the video was apparently shot on Saturday, during the first hours of the deer-gun hunting season.
