Department of Agriculture officials are investigating after a Ferris wheel accident at the York Fair Friday night. Two people were taken to the hospital after the ride malfunctioned and one person fell. An eyewitness video reportedly shows one of the carts broken and dangling. There is no word on the condition of the victims.
