The woman who died in a road rage shooting in Milwaukee last week spent 23 years working for the state's prison system. Milwaukee police yesterday identified Tracey Smith, a sergeant with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, as the victim of Friday's shooting. Police say Smith was teaching her son how to drive when they got into a minor accident. Officers say the driver of the other car pulled out a gun and shot Smith.
