Florida Highway Patrol says a lightning strike killed a motorcyclist. The 45-year-old was reportedly traveling southbound on I-95 in Volusia County when his helmet was struck by lightning. Highway Patrol says the helmet had burn marks and cracks in it, and that an off-duty Virginia state trooper saw the incident. The victim's identity has not been released.
