A 75-year-old woman is recovering from a wild ride down Piestewa Peak when she was rescued after being injured while hiking. Video from the helicopter rescue Tuesday shows the woman on a stretcher spinning out of control below the chopper during the hoist rescue. Phoenix Fire officials say a line that was supposed to prevent spinning during the rescue didn't do what is was supposed to. They say it's happened before, but it's very rare.
