PA Man Taunts Police with "Cops" Theme Song

As a general rule of thumb, it's best not to taunt police. Daniel Czerpaklearned that the hard way. The 21-year-old was throwing a party at the house he rents in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania and at some point, a neighbor called police to complain about the loud music and noisy partygoers.

A cop arrived on the scene and gave Czerpak a warning and started to leave the scene. That's when the party host decided to play the "Cops" theme song and, according to the official report, he "intentionally raised the volume to an excess level."

The unnamed officer then decided to turn the warning into a citation for a noise violation.
