Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers are finally at number one.  The band's latest studio effort, Hypnotic Eye, is debuting at the top of the Billboard 200, with sales of 131,000 in its first week.

The accomplishment marks the first time in their nearly 37-year recording career that Petty and company have topped the all-genre list.  Classic rock continues its reign with Eric Clapton's The Breeze: An Appreciation of JJ Cale following at number two with 61,000 in sales. Guardians of the Galaxy: Awesome Mix Vol. 1 is a close number three, with sales of 60,000.  The compilation soundtrack features songs from Blue Swede, The Raspberries, Redbone, 10cc, and other '70s artists.
